Application for Admission
The 'Application for Admission' IBDP and Grade XI (IB Diploma) Program can be obtained from the School's Admissions Office.

The completed 'Application for Admission' form for Nursery and Grade  XI (IB Diploma ) Program must be submitted at the Front Office of SVKM International School.

Registration of completed 'Application for Admission' form will be done Monday to Friday Between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Except Saturdays & Sundays.

The following documents are required to be attached with the Admission form

• One certified true copy of each of the School Reports of the last School Attended.
• One certified true copy of the child's Birth Certificate;
• One certified true copy of the Pass Certificate of any public / board examinations already taken indicating dates and grades (wherever applicable);
• Qualification certificates of both parents
• PAN Card of both parents
• Original copies of telephone or Electricity Bill as proof of residence
• 2 passport size photographs (color). (One photograph should be affixed in the application and another attached with the form)
